Most raceback/crossback sport bras would dig into my trapezius and make it painful during workouts. But the shoulder straps of this bra spread widely enough to stay comfortably on my shoulders. No padding is no issue for me since I exercise at home. I am 5'7", 145 lb, between 34B/36B with a relatively long torso, ordered large to have modest support without squeezing anything. Holding well enough for weight training, home HIIT and jogging on treadmill. I would get medium for higher impact activities such as court games.

Bra is nice minus the under strap which is elastic and not as comfortable.

The bra is super thin, no padding, no support. I returned it.

I was hoping that this bra would have padding or at least an area to add padding, but there's not any. It fits great, though.

It doesn’t have padding under but it didn’t look awful under my work shirt. Unless you are using a really tight shirt on top it would be great to hold your boobs in place. I help my husband with gardening and tree work and loved that this bra staying in place. It is usually a 6-8 hours non stop workout. My more expensive under armor bra gave me rashes between my boob and under arm from moving all day long. Overall it was a great style for the price.

I just purchased this thinking it was a good deal for Under Armour brand. Received it and realized there are no pads....also no spot to insert pads. So if you want your lady parts showing through your shirts for your workouts, it could be a great fit, but anyone who wants basic coverage - beware. I'll be returning this for sure.

Well made sports bra but there is not as much give. Go up one size. Runs tight and small
