I like to buy local honey but I use so much for baking and cooking I have found this to be one of the best prices so I buy this.

I have purchased this honey for years with great satisfaction, but over the past year the quality has plummeted. The honey is no longer golden yellow, it is dark brown and tastes like it has been burnt. They are obviously overheating the product during processing. I am returning my last purchase and will not buy again until it LOOKS like honey.

Crystallized hard as a rock. Huge disappointment.
