This rice is wonderful in the fact that it does not get starchy and stick together. I mess up rice a lot and have yet to mess this up. It cooks fast. It never gets as soft as other rices I like so it does not work well in puddings.

This rice is very similar to the rice we used in Kerala, India and we are happy to find this in Sam's. Rice is not at all sticky and is easy to rinse. Wish they had 20lbs bag for a better price.
