Battery will not last the day, let alone to use to track sleep in a 24 hour period. I’m a long time Apple product user and this one I returned. Battery life is equally important as the brand.

Get it at a discounted price on Walmart website. It is a good smart watch that pairs with my iPhone perfectly. However, its battery is relatively weak. One full charging can only last for one and a half days, so that it required to be charged daily.
