at first I was concerned because it wasn't assembled but then I found out someone showed up to do so. I simply didn't know it worked like that. so very happy with it.

I got charged for assembly on this product and I didn't ask for assembly. I still had to assemble some of the chair. Don't know who to talk to about the extra charge

I would of enjoyed this this item. And help with it good idea, but having to make new new holes would make strength of chair weaker and would be repairing chair several times. I know a helper could come for assistance.. no thanks, delays are sorry I didn’t have the parts... my remarks are hypothetical, I canceled purchase realized it would happen.
