Sometimes it takes awhile to realize there are products that paying alittle extra for up front return far greater value AND performance over the long term. Michelin LTX M/S - LTX M/S2 tires examplify that truth. After several sets of supposedly "quality" 6-ply tires for our Suburban used to pull our Airstream trailer and having a tread separate on the last set while towing at 55 mph on a very not day in northern California, we installed Michelin LTX M/S tires and have nothing but good things to say. First the Michelin tires DO NOT LOSS AIR PRESSURE between our trips like the previous "quality" tires did. Second the Michelin tires are more round AND required minimum wheel weights to balance. Thus the ride quality is far superior to the previous "quality" tires. Third even running the same 75 or 80 psi as done previousily with the other "quality" tires in the rears on the Suburban, the stability of the Michelin's is far superior. Bottom line, I have recommended Michelin to all that will listen in our Airstream group and many are making the switch as I did. FYI we recently purchased an Yukon XL to replace the aged Suburban with over 200,000 miles and had the new LTX M/S2's installed. I am fairly picky and just bought my 3rd set. First set was bought due to high road noise for tires that came with car. First set only lasted 55k but my daily driver never rotated her tires so tread wear not even and had to turn em in early. First set was so quiet I went with a 2nd set but this time daily driver was religious about rotating tires so going with a third set after 83k miles.

when our Jeep needed new tires, research on quality, safety, performance and overall value led us to Michelin. 18 years later and 3 more sets of Michelins, still happy and satisfied with the original choice and every choice in between. would never consider another tire - just the safety reputation alone is worth it, but to get the performance, durability and ride comfort in addition, there just aren't better tires on the market... period.

97,000 km on these tires still have wear enough if summer was coming, extremely quiet on highway, I tow a 10,000 lb fifth wheel all summer, I'm never concerned about my tires. 80lbs of air when I'm towing and releave the tire pressure when not towing for a smoother ride when empty to 50 lbs. Still enough for a short haul.

This is the second set of these tires I have put on my Ridgeline. The first went well over 80k miles and were riding like they were from day one! Rotate, balance and enjoy the superior ride, traction and overall performance of this tire with complete confidence. Whatever you drive, you'll appreciate even more so sitting on these!

These have been great tires. They make no adverse noise, and supply great traction in wet and dry weather. I am not as diligent as I should be on rotating and the still wear evenly. These tires currently have over 30,000 miles and you can hardly tell any wear. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a SUV.

I replaced all 4 tires on my Expedition with new Defenders LTX. I now have a smooth ride with no road noise. It even seems as if handling of the curves has improved. The tires hug the road whether it's wet or dry. I can always confide in Michelins to keep us safe on the road.

I bought my first set of Michelins in 1973 for an Opel Manta Ralley and never used anything other tire unless the car came with something else. Bought a Honda Accord one time and forced them to put a set of Michelins on before i woyuld agree to the deal. My duaghter was going to be driving the car and didn't want her to have any issues with her tires and have a great trust for the Michelin Brand!

Absolutely the best tires I have ever purchased. Not only do they handle the road surfaces, they wear evenly and for a greater mileage distance. Others just don't measure up. They outperform their competitors hands down. Better tread design and lettering also gives them a hands up as far as appearance is concerned. On the road or dunes as I travel for fishing, you can rely on Michelin. Rain, snow, mud, or sand, these tires can handle quick accelerations or sudden stops.

I knew the Michelin name and respected the value and legacy. These tires have performed above my expectations and then some! They show little wear after 20k and will last well into the 50k mile mark. I would recommend Michelin as the last tire you will ever buy. These are my first set, and I am very pleased!
