Great long-lasting tire on my 2003 Ford Excursion. I have over 20,000 miles on these tires and they show no signs of wear. They work well on dry pavement and the grooves are deep enough to handle standing water with no problem. The tread is also agressive enough to handle deep snow. The rubber compound seems soft even when cold to handle ice as well.

Everything I know technically about tires you couldn't fill a thimble with. So I will tell you what is important to me. The two things that are most important to me are safety and dependability which I continually get from Michelin tires. I think I echo the sentiment of most women. Purchased these in the LT 245/75 R16E for a GMC 2500 HD.These replaced the factory tires with 48,000 miles on the truck.Was very pleased with every aspect of this tire.I tow a 12,000 lb. fifthwheel camper aprox. 2,000 miles a year and also work in the road construction industry statewide in Wisconsin so most every road condition possible was thrown on these tires.Tire wear was very uniform with little to no cupping on front tire edges when rotation time comes,one time past due at 9,000 miles.Michelin passes with flying colors with this tire performing this well on a truck that weighs 7,000 lb. empty.

These have been an excellent tire for bonding with the road whether the roads are dry, wet or snow covered. They are quiet and have great wear. I have them on my vehicles and had them installed on my kids vehicles. Worth the investment. Provides peace of mind. I highly recommend !

I purchased this very set 7 yrs ago for my '95 Z-71 SLE GMC which has 270,000 plus miles and never been happier with a single set of tires. I have driven these tires for 73,000 miles and still have 3/16 thread left on them. Being the frist owner of this truck (and yes, it is in immaculate condition all original), it has never been off road, but it has been thru some severe snow storms and have passed several trucks when roads have been bad. As far as rain, I've never been more confident in a set of Michelin tires, than these.

I drive my vehicle 100+ miles every day. I've ran over debris that should have damaged or destroyed my tires. To this day I can honestly say that I only have one(1) damaged area on my tires which has not impaired the driveability or road worthiness of the tires. The make and model of my vehicle was not truly designed to provide a comfortable ride, but ever since I installed the Michelin LTX M/S my vehicle handles better than expected. The tread wear on my tires has exceeded my expectations and I'm not done yet. Whatever you did to make the LTX M/S please don't change the formula because that's a darn good tire.

Bought this tire 6 months ago for my Tacoma ,, This truck has always ticked me off with its very high interior road noise, Gotta give it to Michelin as these tires transformed my annoying Tacoma into a quiet riding veh, They literally absorb most of the road noise. Now if they wear as well as claimed they will be unbeatable and well worth the higher price paid

I have purhased several sets of the LTX/MS tires in 10 ply over the past several years. I have had trouble free use for 70000+ miles on each set. I was even able to give the used tires to someone who needed tires, but was unable to afford to purchase any, They also were able to use them for additional trouble free miles. The tires are more expensive than many other brands but I have considered it well worth the cost to feel secure with the quality of the tires.

This is one of the best tires anywhere for my 2014 MDX. But, like some reviewers, mine got very noisy. I bought my daughter a set for her same year MDX, and her's never got noisy. When you read the reviews, you realize that some consider them great and others consider them second rate. Quality control?

I now am on my second set of Michelins on my Honda Ridgeline truck. I replaced the first set after 90,000 miles and still had some tread left. I know I could have gone to 100,000 miles with them if I had to. I use my truck for business with lots of highway miles and I also use it for hunting purposes. The tires are equally exceptional on the highway and in the woods. I will buy them again.
