I perchased the Michelen LTX M/S tires for my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban in 2006 after getting 50,000 miles on the origenal set.I truely could not beleave the differance in the way my suburban handled and the ride was better than when I perchased it in 2002. I now have 105,000 miles my suburban an the tires still handle great. I now have 65,000 miles on them and feel I can still get another 10 to 20 thousand miles on them.I feel that that is excellient for a large SUV. I will diffenitley replace them with a new set again.

I have bought these same tires for almost ten years and they have been worth every penny, every time. Knowing my wife and children are counting on the tires to perform I spent a little more and get so much more. I don't worry about tire performance with these Michelin LTX M/Ss on my SUV. If you are wondering if it is worth it, go for it.

I bought the Michelin Defender LTX M/S 275/55R20 for my 2016 Chevy Tahoe LT. These tires completely changed the Ride, Control, and Stability of my wife’s vehicle in Rain and on Dry surfaces here in South Louisiana. I liked these tires so much that I put a set on my 2016 Silverado Crew Cab Defender LTX M/S 275/50R22, All I can tell you is what a difference in the way my truck rides, handles, and tracks on any given road conditions. These tires are pricey, but in the long run they will pay for themselves.

Best tire I've purchased for a full size pickup. As soon as the stock tires were worn enough to replace,I purchased Michelin. Ride ,control and stability are vastly improved. Current milage 65,000 and still plenty of tread. I estimate 80,000 miles + on this set before replacement. (based on wear to date)

Tire got high ratings for wet braking and low rolling resistance from evaluation against multiple other tires. I've had no problems with braking on wet surfaces, and I drive a truck, so I can't really comment on whether rolling resistance helped. They won't come anywhere near to lasting 60,000 miles, but that wasn't why I bought them; a pickup truck in Texas needs good braking, a good grip, and the price of gas drives the need for low rolling resistance. I'm not at all displeased with these tires, and I've owned Michelins since the first time I replaced the OEM tires in 2004 (bought truck in 2000).

Sometimes it takes awhile to realize there are products that paying alittle extra for up front return far greater value AND performance over the long term. Michelin LTX M/S - LTX M/S2 tires examplify that truth. After several sets of supposedly "quality" 6-ply tires for our Suburban used to pull our Airstream trailer and having a tread separate on the last set while towing at 55 mph on a very not day in northern California, we installed Michelin LTX M/S tires and have nothing but good things to say. First the Michelin tires DO NOT LOSS AIR PRESSURE between our trips like the previous "quality" tires did. Second the Michelin tires are more round AND required minimum wheel weights to balance. Thus the ride quality is far superior to the previous "quality" tires. Third even running the same 75 or 80 psi as done previousily with the other "quality" tires in the rears on the Suburban, the stability of the Michelin's is far superior. Bottom line, I have recommended Michelin to all that will listen in our Airstream group and many are making the switch as I did. FYI we recently purchased an Yukon XL to replace the aged Suburban with over 200,000 miles and had the new LTX M/S2's installed. LTX M\S ON MY 2002 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN AND GOT 80,000 MILES ON THEM. A DIFFERENT SET OF MICHELIN TIRES AND ONLY GOT 70,000 MILES ON THEM. WENT BACK TO LTX M/S 2. I NOW HAVE 167,000 MILES ON THE SUBURBAN AND EXPECT TO GET 80,000 ON THIS SET OF LTX M/S. THIS TIRE LASTS AND RIDES GREAT!!!!!

The Michelin MTX M/S is a great all-around tire. After 53,000 miles on these as stock tires on my 2010 Honda Pilot, and after extensive on-line research, I decided to replace them with the same tire. They are excellent on the highway, and give a superb feel and control. They also do well in the snow/sleet/rain that we get here in Maryland in the winter. I also take them on a yearly off-road excursion in the Outer Banks, to a beach house that is only accessable by driving on the beach 8 miles each way - this is not a hard-packed beach like Daytona, but just the beach - have never gotten stuck and am sure that I won't. They are a little on the pricey side, but I would rather spend a few extra bucks on tires than on an insurance deductable because I saved a few bucks on tires and got into an accident. Just this past weekend I drove up to New Jersey in a terrible dounpour most of the way, and I felt confident that me and my family were just fine with these tires - no hydroplaning issues and a solid feel. Would definately buy these again. I am a huge fan of the brand - great tires (I have Pilot Sport A/S Plus's on my 04 TL, and they are the best tires I have ever owned).

I have put michelins on my suvs for 16 years as well as my dad. We have found that the tread wear outlast the competition by far. They have been far superior over any other tires I have driven on especially during rain or snow. I would highly recommend michelins to anyone ready to buy new tires!!

We our proud new owners of our 31.5' Coachmen Freelander Motorhome and the one thing we decided was to put 6 new tires on. The Michelin LTX M/S 225/75R16 by far has been the absolute best choice because the ride is smoother and I definitely feel more confident on some of the road types that we ride on with these on our rig. I have not found anything bad about these tires.
