These replaced the Michilin Defender on my 2018 Highlander One day in, quiet and comfortable. Got 40k on the defenders. Will see how they handle the NE winter! These were my second choice because I could not get the Continental ContiCross contact LX Sport that are on my RAV4, the top rated tire and amazing...if you can get them.

I am very pleased with these tires. I am surprised to read reviews about the tires wearing out quickly. I have almost 30,000 miles on my Genesis GV 70 and and have lots of tread left. I drive a combination of highway and city. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I wish road noise was a little quieter.

I had these tires installed on my 2019 Lexus NX300. The tires have been balanced twice and aligned. I have an annoying hum at 30mph. I can feel it through the steering wheel. I totally dissatisfied with these new tires. My tire shop doesn't have an answer. I cannot continue to drive with tires that emit this hum.

These came factory on our RAV4. These tires did just fine in Idaho for the last 3 years (51,000 miles) in snow, ice, rain, and dry conditions. No idea where these other people are getting their reviews, I think its the fact they cannot drive. My wife had zero issues in the snow and rain as well. We are due for a new set and will be replacing with these.

I recently bought the Primacy™ Tour A/S tires for my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The ride is incredibly smooth, and the tires are very quiet, which makes for a peaceful driving experience. They handle really well and provide excellent comfort, even on longer drives. Bought V rated Primacy tires for my 2007 Lexus es350. Tires eat up vibrations and pot holes very well. Tires won’t last 55,000 miles in the hot Texas summers, so I typically change them around 45-50k, great tire for all weather conditions including rain. I’ll be buying them again for my new Lexus Rx350 suv and my wife’s Mazda Cx-5 suv.

I bought these tires in Nov 2020 for a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6. From the first drive home, I could tell a significant positive handling and ride difference vs higher mileage warranty tires (stiffer sidewalls) I’ve owned previously. Not having been satisfied with the ride and handling of higher mileage warranty Michelin tires purchased in the past, which didn’t come close to the stated mileage wear warranty anyway, I was willing to give up a longer wear warranty to have a better performing tire. I got it in these tires. I love their handling and ride and have never had an issue in wet weather. While I do not expect I will get 55K miles out of these tires (mileage warranty for the Primacy Tour A/S tires), even if I get 45K miles, which seems the best I’ll do, I like these tires. So much so, that in Nov 2024 I bought a second set for a 2009 Lexus ES350. Same comments as above, with regard to ride and handling. I would recommend these tires with the caveat not to expect more than 40-50K miles. For me personally, I can live with the performance vs mileage tradeoff.

Bought these tires only 10 months ago, needing one replaced already. Hit a nail and am told it is slit and needs replaced. Problem is that we cannot find one in stock. It has been over a week and I need my car. Tires are not even a year old, why can’t we get replacement. These tires are loud and can be rough riding. At first rotation I was told they are wearing uneven. Took it to dealership and was told alignment is fine. I feel like these tires are lacking and have caused me to possibly reconsider buying Michelin in the future.

I was originally sold Cross Climate 2 tires for my 2021 Lexus 350. Those tires are for snow climates or a non-luxury car. I immediately noticed my car rode rough (it always drives smooth!). I contacted Michelin customer care because the store I went to did not want to exchange or refund at first. Michelin customer care was fantastic and walked me through to process to get my tires replaced under the 60 day satisfaction guarantee—no hassle. I got Primacy Tour A/S replacement tires which was recommended for my car. Now, it rides like butter again. Thank you Michelin!!!

This Primacy tire came on our new 19 Ford Edge SEL. We have 25,000 miles on this tire, driven exactly 4 years to date. June 19-June 23. I keep the tire pressure from 36-38psi [Cold] year round, in our lower Wisconsin weather, with even tire wear. I have my own compressor in the garage. There is just my wife and I and both retired since 2010. The tread wear bars are not quite fully exposed. This November, due to our Wisconsin winter season, these Primacy tires will have to be replaced. I might say these tires will reach 30,000 to fully expose the wear bars, at best. I was not expecting a whole lot from these tires in the off set. I once had 55,000 mile warranty tires and were good for 35,000 miles. This specific tire did not meet my grade. You be the judge.
