Had problems with the latch of my son's bentgo box, so I contacted the company and they offered to replace it even tough I didn't have my receipt anymore.

This is such a useful lunchbox. My kids love it because it keeps food separated and neat. I’ve used these for my kids ranging from 4-15 years old and they all love their lunchboxes. Easy to clean too. Win win:)

Bought two of these for my boys. One is a preschooler and the other a first grader. It's a perfect size and holds up well. I had some leakage of watermelon juice after a couple months but customer service took care of me and I'm very satisfied.
