I recently purchased one of these and was quite disappointed that when I opened the box the divider wasn't included. However, their customer service is great! I emailed them with the issue and they sent out a replacement right away. Their service is as great as their products.

Purchased a Bentgo Kids Prints lunchbox for my five year old earlier this month. It’s a great little product, and my kid absolutely loves it. However, I did have a small issue of the lid being exceptionally difficult to close, and kept popping open as if the insert were slightly too tall to fit. After reaching out to Bentgo customer service, they promptly sent a new one without requiring the old one back! The whole process was easy, and I definitely appreciated their understanding. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and family—Bentgo appears to genuinely care about it’s consumers :)

This was given to us as a gift and I really liked it. It's easy for my 3 year old to get opened and makes packing his lunch a little easier. We ended up buying a second one for my younger child. It did develop mold on the rubber seal, but I contacted Customer Service and they're replacing it. I'm hopeful it won't mold again.

A really great,well thought product that my toddler loves paired with a excellent customer service experience that was unexpected. We had an issue with our lunchbox where some mold grew on the silicone. Bentgo helped us try and clean the mold off, and then replaced the item in record time. We were really impressed and will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Our boys have loved the BentGo lunchboxes, using them daily for a couple of years. When the lid developed a bit of discoloration, we reached out to customer support and they gave us tips to try to help keep the silicone clean. Unfortunately it didn’t completely fix the issue, but they were kind enough to replace the lunchboxes. Really appreciate it BentGo!

We own several of these lunch boxes and they have been great for my kids! They are easy to use and kid friendly! My 3 & 4 year olds love taking their Bentgo lunch box to preschool. These boxes are easy to clean and have proved to be worth the expense. The Bentgo customer service experience was also great as well! I strongly suggest this product!

I absolutely love this kids lunch box. It is our go to for school lunches and my kids love having a variety of food to eat that doesn’t touch and is in good portion sizes. We also pack these when we have a longer car trip as a family. They work perfect for a sandwich and some snacks or just a variety of snacks.

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We have been using the bentgo kids lunch box for my son for the past year. He is 4/5 years old and it holds the perfect amount of food for him. It is easy for him to open a d close. I love that the tray can go in the top rack or the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I also love that you can get a matching lunch bag. We will for sure be buying more for our daughter when she starts school! Great product I highly recommend!

We love these boxes, especially with the leak proof covers. I take these to store leftovers when I go out and the kids love to eat with them at school. There's enough space to throw in a small fork and spoon as well. Dishwashable and excellent customer service!
