One of the best sausages to come out of Texas

I have been using this sausage in my barbeque catering business since Sam's started bringing it to Amarillo from Snook, Texas. Very peppery and takes on an incredible taste profile after being smoked with mesquite and oak. I have had an exceptional amount of compliments from my customers on this sausage.
