This product does exactly as it states. It gets stuff cold! Many other products say they can do the same but in my experience, Arctic Glacier Premium ice seems to be “colder”. I highly recommend this product as it is super cool. ;x

I purchased 2 bags of ice for a private wedding. I used the scan and go feature on the app and was in and out in under 5 minutes. One 20-lb bag was more than enough for the event. I am so glad that Sam's Club has the scan and go feature available, especially since the store was very full that Saturday morning.

This bag of water was a bit harder than I was expecting. Luckily we were able to soften it up a bit when adding it to some warmer drinks. Tried adding it to cold drinks, but it doesn't seem to have helped very much. Not advisable to keep this bag of water in your trunk for emergencies, it doesn't appear to keep the contents sealed inside very well. What a mess. 5/5 would certainly enjoy a bag of fresh glacier water again.

Everyone at the party agreed that this was the best ice they’d ever seen or tasted. It was also the coldest! In all seriousness, a great price for frozen water.

Bought this ice after shopping. Used Scan and Go option to avoid going back in line. Picked my own bag from the ice chest. The ice performed as expected. A week later I got this request for my review. That's the whole story.

Very pleased with my ice purchase. Very cold, as expected. The ice enjoyed our trip to the beach. I would take the ice for a return trip, but it disappeared. I shall miss that ice...

Sent to wrong address couldn't reach customer service 42 min wait time 46 min and increase every 5 min to speak to customer service had to pay someone to pick up ice and bring to correct location. We should not have to wait almost and hour to speak to customer service

HORRIBLE! The pellets or cubes were all melted/frozen together into one 20# block. I was leaving on a trip and had to go back home and take a sledge hammer to it to try and break it up into chunks that I could use between items I needed to keep cold for the trip. Never again!!!

No issues with the quality of the ice itself, but the packaging needs improvement. Every bag we’ve purchased has busted open at the seam when we tried to break up the ice. Never had that issue with other brands we’ve used.
