I bought this on sale and used it immediately. Cleaned pool, deck, sidewalk, siding. Went back to use it after it was stored in garage. Seals are rotten and threaded connection for wand is corroded. It didn't have water in it for this to happen!

Don't waste your time or money~ The hose connector to machine to the wand wouldn't line up for a tight fit. Kept popping off every time I turned it on. Wasted two hours putting this thing together and couldn't even use it once.

Performs as promised. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because, in the past, I've found power washers to be finicky and fragile. There's a lot of plastic on this machine, and a lot of power, and I will be both shocked and delighted if it lasts as long as its warranty. (Of course, with shipping prices what they are, and the buyer paying for return shipping, there's really no warranty at all....) That said, I'm using with my trigger finger crossed.

Bought this pressure washer in AUG 2024. Worked fine that fall. 1st time it was attempted to be used this year, it sprang a leak in the rubber hose that connects the water inlet into the compressor. The washer was garage kept and not stored outside in temperature extremes.

After owning an older model and using another, I was looking forward to this unit. It was a huge disappointment. The first time I tried to use it, it failed. It ran for maybe 1 second, there was an audible click and it shut off. There was power to the unit, but would not power up again. Sam’s Club treated me great and refunded the unit. Stay away from this one, the quality has gone and you’ll spend more time assembling the unit than the work you’re expecting to get out of it. I’d give it negative stars if possible.

We purchased this item in July of 2024. We used it but not overworked last season: cleaning porch steps (only has 5 steps), windows, and washed the vehicles. So, maybe a total of 5 times? It was well taken care of after each use, properly put away. We did have to purchase a new foam canon as the one it came with was cracked, and also had to replace an O ring as it was missing, but neither issue was a huge inconvenience. We also kept in a temperature controlled environment during the winter months. I pulled the pressure washer out yesterday to wash the cars, hooked everything up, heard the pump kick in to get the pressure for the water and then nothing. It just would not work. Just very disappointed in this item as we only got 3 months use out of it.

Just purchased this today and used it to clean some wooden lawn furniture that has been neglected in the Arizona sun for several years, and I was amazed at the power this thing packs! I was leery based on earlier reviews, but I didn't have a single leak, and the stream with the 15 degree nozzle was strong enough to strip years of dirt and sun damage. I ran it for about an hour with a few breaks to give my hands a rest from holding the trigger- a lock for the "on" position would be a welcome upgrade. Very pleased with the purchase and hope it lasts for a while!

This pressure washer is truly a workhorse! I swear half of the negative reviews are user error. I have used this to detail cars on a side weekend hustle. I've done over 200 and it even survived my deionized tank cutting off water to it. The sun joe got my attention when it started whining and then the water stopped and it started smoking from burning up... Or so I thought. I let water flow through it while turning the motor off again and after an hour, back to life roaring as strong as day one. And 10 cars later still going strong! Best purchase from Sam's!

I bought this about a year ago. I used it for about an hour shortly after and it worked fine. I brought it out of the shed for cleaning off the lawn mower this spring and it didn't even last five minutes before the engine made a strange noise, then it no longer spit out pressurized water. When spending over $100 on something, I thin it should be reasonable to expect it to last. Incredibly disappointed.
