The little one has not had a skin reaction to these diapers, (he tends to be sensitive). My favorite part is the built in poop pocket. Most diapers require the applier to fold over a flap. When your dealing with a little one who would rather not be on a diaper table, that is a challenge. These diapers have a built in pocket to catch any poop that might try to escape. These are the things that make me happy.
