We purchased these tires for our Acura MDX while on a trip in Colorado. While they look nice with that tread, they are so loud driving that it would seem we were in an off-road truck with those big truck tires. We have had them for a bit, but we felt the need to say something. I wouldn't recommend these tires at all.

In my winter driving conditions I use spikes (country roads in the North of Finland) in my back wheel drive car. I have now my 2nd set of Cross Climate tyres in a row. They give me flexibility to change to spikes only after the real winter has come. Not any earlier. In the spring I have the flexibility to switch back early to Cross Climate thus reducing the use of spikes to minimum. I have found Cross Climate very pleasing: low noise level, reasonable wear, very neutral handling (205/60R16) in my E series MB. The tyres deserve 5/5, the pricing lowers the total to 4/5. Ps. My winter spike tyres are Michelin, too.

So far I’m very impressed by these tires. They are much quieter than the Firestone FT140s that were on the car from the factory. I’ve been a Michelin man for 50 years. From the early days of the Michelin X and XAS to the LTX2 they’ve been the best you can buy.

I researched and being a Michelin user already, was pleased to find they are the best in class tires. They are very impressive in snow, handle great on dry, and amazing on wet (I tried hard to make them slide on corners and curves. Not happening! My only slight complaint is that they spin occasionally on take off. I have recommended Cross Climates to everyone who asks about tires, and our vehicles will always have nothing but these amazing tires! Almost three years and no regrets!

I have had these Cross Climate 2 tires since March now. I LOVE THESE TIRES!!! I usually write reviews, but these tires deserve one! I have now had experience in multiple seasons driving on them and I am extremely impressed! We have our first snow here in southern Oregon, only 2-3", and I do not feet the need to rush to get my snow tires put on (I will do that soon because we'll get more snow) but these tires are safe and comfortable for now to allow me time to schedule the swap. Bought these tire about 4 months ago. Yesterday, I traveled to Mankato, MN and encountered a spring snow storm with fairly heavy snow fall. We saw 10 cars in the ditch! In one case, we were directly behind a sedan that spun out in a curve ahead of us. We were the same speed as that car and did not feel any loss of traction! Our speed was approximately 45. I did take my foot off the gas as we watched him slide sideways, coming to a stop in a driveway. At no time did I feel any twitchy or loss of adhesion to the road surface! I highly recommend these tires in snow country! These tires are slightly rougher riding and noisier than my previous all season tires but do not change my rating at all, these tires may save your life!

I just purchased these tires for use on my Accord. Online information described them as all season Touring tires with good comfort and good handling. I voiced my concern that they might have a rough ride, but two sales people agreed with the online description and assured me that the ride was smooth. I can't speak to the handling, but the ride is definitely stiff and harsher than I would expect from a Touring tire. In my area, roads have lots of cracks. The tires I replaced were 10 years old and original to the Accord. I feel the cracks and other road imperfections much more than I did with my old tires. The quality of the ride is better suited to an SUV or Crossover than a nice sedan.

I bought these tires about a month ago and the quietness over the stock Brdgestone tires reall impressed me, but today in Calgary it rained all day and the amount of stability and no hdroplaning at freeway speeds exceeded my expectations.I can hardly wait to try them out on the snow. The stock tires seemed okay as its a Nissan Murano all wheel drive but honestly I would have upgraded to these tires from new for the extra dollars as I have never knew what a difference great tires are.

Amazing grip on the road yet a very comfortable smooth ride and quiet which some people had a different opinion on. Just look at the design of the thread. The design allows water and snow to easily dispense from the tire assuring full contact under those conditions. My wife and I just retired and want to have a as much of a long life live as possible after all that hard work in the trenches.

We have a New Pathfinder and New Qx60. We put the cross climates on the qx60 and the defender on the Pathfinder. We put them on them one day apart so both tires are New. The ride comfort and mpg with the defender is much better. The cross climate is much harder noiser and eats fuel. Unless you are I'm major snow alot the defender is a better every day tire. The cross climate is mire of a sport tire with great winter performance. We are going to switch them out for the defender this week.
