I purchased four of you Adirondack chairs for our deck a few years back....Such a confortable Chair, our guests always comment on this...My Grandson was being rambunctious by jumping from chair to chair and broke one of the 20” seat boards...I called customer service was lucky enough to speak to Heidi who was so helpful is sending that one board to replace my,broken one...rather make be buy the whole seat kit....I was a fan of the product but now am devoted to your wonderful service...will spread the word...THANK YOU HEIDI... We purchased these chairs a couple of years ago and within the first year, one of the chair backs busted with a ball hit it. It cracked right at the screw which are too short. It was an unfortunate accident. I wish I could say the squirrels didn't like the material as much but overall, we have been pleased with how they have withstood the weather in OH.

I bought two of these chairs one year ago and bought two more this year. I liked them that much! But I noticed the older ones looked sun faded and had little finger prints, etc, on them. I took some Pledge furniture polish and sprayed it on them and wiped them down and they look just like new again!! Do this in the shade. There is no residual oiliness at all just smooth and soft again. Great looking chairs!! And soooo comfortable.

My son put this chair together and one of the seat boards that came assembled was cracked at the screw. We decided to go ahead with the assembly anyway. He grumbled a bit as the tool supplied was not hardened metal and lasted only long enough to get the job done. The chair is very comfortable and is easy for me to get in and out of with ease. I am in my seventies and this was a big consideration for me. Everyone that has tried it says it is a very comfortable chair. I would purchase again. (As information the email I received asking for a review did not work.)

My wife and I love spending time in Yosemite National Park. A few years ago we were there and had just finished riding our bikes and noticed these chairs on a deck near the bike rack. We were tired and decided to relax for a few minutes in those chairs. Well, a few minutes turned into an hour. I told my wife we need to buy these chairs for our home. We found out they were Lifetime chairs so we purchased them and have enjoyed them ever since.

From my initial contact with the telephone representative and all the way through our contact I was treated with respect and felt that I was heard and helped. Even though I ended up getting the entire seat bottom, I was able to within seconds get the broken part replaced when it arrived. The telephone person, helped make arrangements for a good price, shipping, and I was kept up to date on delivery. Thank You!

One of the 4 chairs I purchased was damaged. Replacement part was sent and also damaged. For my inconvenience they are sending me a new chair. I want to thank Heidi the customer service rep for all her help. She has been extremely helpful through this experience. This is true customer service, great job Heidi

We bought four of these chairs about four years ago and loved them. We moved and squirrels discovered them at our new home so we replaced two of them last year. Squirrels got those,too. I called, explained my problem and Lifetime replaced them for us. Will find or make some anti-squirrel stuff before next summer. Thanks Lifetime.

Comfortable and sturdy chair. It sits higher than many Adirondack chairs which makes it easier to get up. The finish is more matte than the polywood chairs. All the parts were included, and the holes matched up just fine. However, since the screws were flat at the ends, we had trouble starting them in the holes. Therefore, we drilled the holes out a bit just to get the screws started. The first chair took two hours, and the second chair took a half hour to assemble.

Bought chair about a year ago,pros,tuff ,comfortable and strong I found assembly to be a lot easier if I left screws slightly lose until complete then tightened them up all the way,Plus parts fit is more even.Cons just checked mine for spring kept outside,color is a little uneven but is not bad.Just rained forgive water on chair in pics.Going to buy a second one.
