I had a chair damaged by a large tree branch. Replacement parts were back-ordered 3 to 6 months so they sent me a new chair at no charge!

One of the pieces arrived damage and customer service agent was able to answer all my questions and a replacement was ordered.

Love them. They color matches the purchase I made last year. Shipping time was great, did not have to wait but a couple of days.

The chair is wonderful once put together. The holes didn’t line up easily and took several disassemble and reassemble to get it right.

Seems to be fairly sturdy. But it’s a pain to assemble. Pre drilled holes were not properly lined up and I had to drill new ones myself.

I had a slat break in half in my Adirondack chair! Zac took care of it and is sending me a new chair! I love Lifetime products!

Four stars because it is not a one person job to assemble. Color is what I expected. Chairs feel very sturdy.
