Bought six chairs two years and a couple months ago, great purchase, held up really well out in the weather. Only had a problem when a large limb fell from a tree and broke one of the arms. Glad that they had replacement pieces readily available

Great chair if u are handy with a drill . I have a great handy man or would not have ordered. Took him about a hour to put together and 1 chair had to drill new holes for screws. Happy with chairs .

This product is comfortable, good looking and the quality and warranty is amazing. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Will buy again and definitely recommend it.

My wife bought 5 Adirondack chairs and when we received them, two had broken manufacturers pieces. I called Lifetime and within 5 minutes they were sending replacements. Awesome job guys!!

I bought an Adirondack chair and had a problem with one of the rails snapping. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent a replacement chair.

My husband and I love these chairs. They are very comfortable and heavy. We bought two and one was missing a small part. Customer Service was fantastic!

Chairs were as expected. Look nice after assembly which was a little more work than I anticipated. Once assembled the chairs are sturdy, comfortable and serve the purpose for which they were intended.

I purchased two (2) chairs several weeks ago. They are larger and more comfortable than some more expensive ones I've tried; easier to get in and out of and rock solid. I expect they will live up to their "Lifetime" moniker.

was under the impressioin it was a lifetime warranty i have telling others that i was so happy nwith the warrenty apparently it is not i got charged for a leg, not happy will reconsider next purchase

When putting together my 2 Adirondack chairs, I realized that I was missing 3 screws (not sure if I lost them or were missing from packaging). Called customer service and without hesitation was offered screws to be sent at no charge.
