I love this cheese and always buy it when I go to Sam's Club. We use it in quesadillas, breakfast tacos and casseroles and enchiladas. It enhances the flavor of all our meals and melts easily

Love this cheese for quesadillas! This is the only cheese we use when we make quesadillas and I was so glad to find it at Sam's. My wife occasionally uses it on scrambled eggs or with chilaquiles.
