Original Cross Climates are excellent.

I have the original Cross Climate tires . They are excellent tires, quiet, good mpg, durable and smooth ride. I have 75k on them with 7/32 tread left. I have them on my pickup and tow very little. I just wanted a durable 10 ply tire. I have already bought another set, as I heard they were being discontinued. The new cross climate tires were originally marketed as cross climate 2, and are directional. The reviews seem bad. I think they made a mistake changing them. I will not buy the new directional design. It seems that they had something great and ruined it.

I said it all above.

I've only had the tires on a few months so haven't had bad weather and road conditions are good. The tires are quiet and the road smooths right out. I drive a truck and my last tires I had on for six years, they were heavy duty and I would feel a dime if I ran over it but these tires are so smooth I've had four speeding tickets since I got them. Just kidding. They are nice tires no questions.

Great tires

This is the second set of CrossClimate2 on our CRV. We are diehard Michelin fans for their quality product. They are far superior to using all season tires all year round. We also like the fact that they have Canadian plants. While our CrossClimates are made in Hungary, we still are biased for that reason alone. Regardless, the tires are durable, have great traction and perform well. We also feel the same for the Michelins on our Itasca Navion motorhome

Absolutely the GOAT of tires

Best van truck or rv tire ever in my experience. Could feel the difference immediately from the stock tires on my Ford Transit hi top van. It was like a new 100% better handling and riding van. Got 30k on them now and they still look and drive like new. Unbelievable biggest difference ever for me from a new set of tires and I'm 72 ... thanks Michelin

Excellent tires

I have a Nissan nv200 van and I currently have 51,000 miles on these tires. I haul loads and drive all types of weather conditions and these are by far the best tires I have put on any vehicle I've owned. The dealership told me I would need to replace my tires on my van every 18,000 to 20,000 bcuz this vehicle eats up tires. Not true I'll stick with my Michelin crossclimate tires and I am only thinking of replacing them now because of some sidewall cracking. Love these tires

Verified Purchase

Damage during tire install

Bought these Michelin Algilis CrossClimate tires. Drove home and parked. 12 Days later I drive the vehicle for the first time since getting the tires installed and the hubcap is gone when I got back home. The technician that installed my tires either did not securely attach the hubcap or they damaged it while installing the new tires. These hubcaps have made over 180,000 miles over the past 23 years with no issues. The Hubcap is over $100.00. It's not a coincidence that the hubcap is lost immediately after a tire replacement.. I called Sam's Club and they said they would call me back. Never got a call. Will have to call back or drive to the Store if I don't hear back soon...

Stone Magnets

This is a tire that Michelin definitely dropped the ball on. The tire performs excellent wet or dry, but it is a stone picker and doesn't clean even after hundreds of kilometers of continuous hwy. I feel for the vehicles behind me getting peppered with rocks. Michelin should have done a-lot better on their R&D. I don't recommend these tires because of this. If I was able to do a free swap I would.

Sure miss the LTX2s

Terrible handling tire. Vehicle wanders all over the road. Recommended tire pressure are way too much as well. ( currently playing with “chalk testing” the treads and adjusting pressures ) New ball joints, steering box, track bar, drag link and control arms… truck is tight. Had multiple sets of LTX2s, which I totally loved 100%. HATE these tires. Will never buy these again.

Dangerous on wet

I replaced my continental tires that lasted 62k on ram 2500 towing 4-5k enclosed trailer 75% of the time daily, was hoping for atleast same results or better with agilis after reading lots of reviews, but they are huge disappointment, i have 8-9k miles on them and tread is almost 50% gone, traction became really bad on wet, yesterday almost wrecked when truck started sliding sideways on a turn, wasn't going fast, drive same road daily and same speeds, today rear started sliding while towing 4k trailer, they becoming dangerous to drive at this point, will have to contact michelin to see if there's any solutions available, if not im Going back to contis

No good for me unfortunately

I bought these tires a few days ago and they have a really bad sway factor going on. I'm hoping the dealership will help me out with exchanging them for an upgrade. Never had a problem before with Michelin but these cross climates don't work well with my work van. It's very unstable and doesn't feel right.

Dave, sorry to read this, but remember, as part of the Michelin Promise Plan, your tires have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return to the selling retailer to have them swapped out. Have the dealer give us a call with any questions.
