Ok, so I bought this about a month ago and I feel comfortable enough to throw away the box. It’s 5 star for my needs, so here goes: 1. Great second vacuum. I have a Dyson ball upright that I run twice a week. This cordless vac is great for touch ups. 2. Small dust cup. Ok for me, but would need emptying often if it were my only vacuum. 3. Shark is a great brand. I have one for my basement vac that doesn’t get much love, but it still sucks just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is great. The fact that it is cordless makes this vacuum my new favorite. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and wood flooring so there is so much per hair all over the house. It's a pain to vacuum and before having to plug and unplug our previous vacuum in each room took forever. Now you just grab it and go and reduces the time it takes to vacuum. The power of the machine is great on floors. the few carpet areas we have it works just like a larger vacuum does. Very easy to empty and it's slim design stores easily.

I would of rated five stars but the charge doesn’t last as long as they say and if a bit loud on max power. Also wish it would of came with some kind of wall mount .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh how I love this Shark Rocket Pro vacuum. I am so very impressed with it. I can’t even begin to express how wonderful it is. First it is very light. I can carry it around my home with ease and go from hard floors to rugs without any hassle at all. I can also switch attachments quickly and efficiently. I can put the angle attachment on and use it for things I would normally need to dig out the shopvac for. The suction is so powerful I can clean the gravel off my car floor, I can get a nice deep clean that only a powerful suction can provide. The cracks in my kitchen floor are easy to suction out now, as are tiny areas under beds and corners. Cobwebs are a breeze as it’s so light I can hold it above my head and it powerfully sucks down any cobwebs and dust. There’s a small attachment that’s perfectly suited to do car seats and small carpets. It has a built in brush and that snaps off and underneath is a lint-type removal brush, which when combined with suction is useful for furniture. The carpet and floor vacuum has a bright light on it which makes seeking out dirt and dust easy. It also is equipped with a rotating “brush” which doesn’t wind hair up into it and its magical. Emptying is also super easy. It completely empties with the push of a button and all the dust and allergens are disposed of. I’ve never owned a vacuum like this, and the battery charges fast and lasts for a long time. It’s also beautiful and sleek and very attractive! There are no cords to wrap up and there’s no hair wrapped around the thrasher. I’m so pleased with this vacuum and I’m going to pick one up for mom because she’s elderly and this would be so much easier for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a cordless vacuum but I didn’t think it would have as much suction as a corded model. The Shark Rocket Pro Cordless Stick Vacuum proved me wrong. It has settings for both bare floors and carpet. It also has a finger trigger if you need an extra boost of power. The handle can lay flat which is great for vacuuming under furniture. I was able to vacuum my rug under my kitchen table without having to move the chairs. The handheld vacuum is detachable which is great for cleaning cars. It also has a wand to extend the length. It comes with an attachable crevice tool as well as a furniture tool. I was able to vacuum my one bedroom apartment in about 20 minutes and it was still charged. It has an indicator light to let you know how much of the battery is left. It also has a headlight which I really like. The vacuum comes with yellow stickers attached that provide helpful operating information such as carpet or bare floor settings, boost mode and how to empty the dust cup. Emptying is simple and I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt in the cup. I was also impressed that there was not any hair wrapped around the brush roll. I always hated having to clean it with scissors but not anymore! The only negative thing about it is that it will not stand up on its own because of the way the weight is distributed. Just be sure to lean it against something or it will fall over. When I store it I remove the detachable top portion and it eliminates this issue. Overall it is a great product that I highly recommend.

This is not a shopvac... Does great with small items. It will get stuck if you try to pick up large items. Stuffed animal foam will get stuck in the tubes. Works great for hardwood floors. Great on tile, and vinyl flooring. Best car carpet vacuum i have used. If you want your batterie to last charge it only when the battery is dead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is like a dream, it stays charged for quite some time & allows you to get at least 2 big rooms done.The attachments are easy to adjust as well. plus, it does not take all day for the battery to charge.

My husband got this for me for Thanksgiving cos I was tired of cleaning up hair. The noise this machine makes is so loud that it scares my 3 year old and the pets. I called the customer support and after a video chat she says this is normal. I have so many shark ninja products and this one is the worst. Loosing trust in you Shark team!!
