I am a dyson user and purchased this for my daughter in her apartment. It is so loud and sounds like a freight train is passing. I do like the cordless feature and you must use the boost feature to clean well. Not keeping it because truly dissatisfied.

I purchased this vacuum to do quick cleanups with no need to plug in. I do not have carpets to vacuum, just easy to vacuum tile flooring. I can't understand why this product shuts down within five minutes with a overheat error. Not impressed. This vacuum is going back to the store!

This is a great cordless vacuum. I have had bad experiences with cordless vacuums and I was hesitant to buy this but I am very happy I did. It is a little heavy than other models but you really don't notice. It works amazing on my laminate and is so nice to do a quick cleaning on my floors. It does surprisingly well on carpet as well. It holds a charge on high for 30 + minutes My only complaint is that there is no wall mount.

Received it yesterday & charged it up. This morning I did 30-45 minutes of vacuuming, still had a charge when I put it on the charger. I was done with the areas I was doing and couldn’t believe all the dog hair and long human hair from the girls !! The dirt canister was easy to open and dump. Yes it will fall over if you try to stand it but that’s not a problem, I just unattach it , set it in the corner of closet where I can plug it in. It maneuvers well and the attachments are easy to take off and use. Far better product than than other Shark, Kenmore canister ( less than a year old & carpet wand stopped working and made a horrific noise when running) and Bissel vacuums I’ve owned !!

Great purchase. I was tired of using our other huge corded vacuum so I decided to get this cordless vacuum. We have 2 small kids and 3 cats so I'm CONSTANTLY vacuuming. Vacuuming no longer feels like a chore, it picks up all the cat hair and crumbs from the kids. It holds a great charge, I don't ever run out of power while doing the whole house. The cup holds good amount of dirt, I can vacuum whole house without having to empty. I actually love the light, I can see dirt easier on my dark hardwood.

Always a Shark fan but I took this one back. A couple of show stoppers for me. #1 no swappable battery. #2 the only accessory was a crevice tool, no dusting brush and the connection is an odd proprietary shape so I couldn't adapt one of the ones I have.

Not powerful

Worked great for first couple months. The nozzle stopped working( brushes not turning and lights not turning on). Called shark for a replacement they sent the wrong one. Called back for a replacement and was told it would take a month to get a replacement.
