I purched this vacuum about 5 months ago. I use it maybe once a day for the kitchen. After relatively little use it stopped working. I plugged it into the charger just flashes a white light but doesn't charge or turn on. DO NOT BUY!!!

I do not recommend this cordless vacuum! Suction is terrible, gets clogged so easily. Poor battery life. Not worth half of what I paid for it. I will stick to the corded vacuums from here on out.

Love that it's cordless and fairly lightweight..... But when cleaning the dirt cup with water as specified, water seeps into all the crevices. Have to wait for hours for it to finally dry. Any suggestions?

I should have read reviews. This vacuum is a piece of junk. It hardly has any suction and it spits debris back out all over the floor. I wanted to love it, but it looks like I will be returning it.

Vacuum does its job but im not particularly happy with the false advertisement. It says it comes with a crevice tool and a duat brush. It in fact does not come with the dust brush.

I have a long hair cat and this vacuum doesn’t suck up his fur. It rolls under the vacuum and then is left on the floor when I’m done. I’m highly disappointed with this product.

This vacuum worked well for about 4-6 months. Around that time it become increasingly loud. We’ve done routine maintenance on it, but less than a year later it’s now just spitting everything out. Definitely not worth the price

What is advertised by Sam's Club & the Shark model they actually stock are two different vacuums. It does not include the dusting brush. The box says it only includes crevice tool. Bait & switch.

Battery went bad after 6 months, $76+ shipping for a replacement and not covered by the warranty. Never buying Shark again. Battery doesn’t have enough power to run vacuum properly now.

I wanted to love this, BUT I have never bought a Shark product that has last more than 6 months. This one didn't make it 1 month! It throws dirt back out to the floor. Then the motor messed up. It is so loud my kids hold their ears! JUNK!
