Compared to other models, the price is right, it really cleans well, especially pet hair. Maneuvers well under couches tables beds, ect. Holds a charge that lasts. The only drawback is that takes a while to charge.

Love the light weight and is convenient for my downstairs wood floors, area rugs, corners ect.. but not powerful enough for my thick carpets. Feels like a tall (expensive) dust buster.

Great Little Vacuum! We left out old Dyson corded ball vacuum and moved to this one. We are very impressed at the suction power and its ability to pick up items on our hard floor, thin rug and our carpets. The first time we used it on our carpet it was amazing to see how much more it was picking up that the old vacuum was not. We have a lot of long hair and the self-cleaning brush head is fantastic. Battery time is pretty consistently 40 minutes as advertised. I should note that we retuned this model to Sam’s and got the same model at Walmart for $100 less on sale.

Good cordless vacuum for the money. Powerful suction, especially on carpets. The charging method is a bit cumbersome in that it uses a separate charging cord which plugs into a small port on the vacuum. Additionally, the motor assembly must be disconnected from the power wand when not in use due to its size and weight. Not a difficult process, but a slight inconvenience each time of use.

The vacuum is very well made. It is not light weight. It does the job for bare floor use, and I do not have carpeting. The power is just okay, so if you are looking for a strong power, this is not for you. The power booster trigger needs to be used when using it as handheld. The power lasts about 30-40 minutes and this is what the instructions say. The biggest problem I have is the plug for charging is extremely difficult to remove. I am keeping it and am disappointed in this Shark item. I always have good experience with Shark but this vacuum doesn't rate as high as there other products

Works like a charm on my tile floors! I have 4 cats and I have long hair - no more hair cutting from rollers!!

Great flexibility, light weight and so easy to maneuver. Perfect for hardwood floors and works well for the carpet ones.

Great cordless vacuum. It super easy to clean, light weight & easy to break down & charger. Love the vacuum. Now I love to vacuum & do it daily.

Love it! Strong, easy to handle and easy to clean. I have 2 cats and this vacuum is great for picking up cat hair. Would definitely recomend it.

Excellent vacuum, love the lights super helpful. I only rated it four stars because I wish it can with more then one attachment
