I'm older now and am really trying to take better care of myself. This Boost Nutritional Drink is starting to make me feel more energetic and like I can do and try more. The picture shows what I have started having for breakfast and it's perfect. I feel so much better and I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love the flavor this had to it the strawberry had great flavor that went along great with the Boost drink it wasn't a after taste after drinking this it was smooth and not chalky tasting and wasn't bitter also wasn't too thin in texture was just right I am very happy with the boost it is wonderful!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the vanilla but the chocolate smells and taste like vitamins. It may be me but it’s creamy and smooth but the odor isn’t for me. The containers are small enough for on the go and with ice tastes good but I do smell vitamins.
