I like to use these a supplement during the day between meals and to ensure I am getting the nutrients I need. I will definitely buy more.

In stead of the local greasy spoon I was looking for an easy heather breakfast alternative so I tried boost it unfortunately did not argree with my digestive system at all severe gas pains maybe a lactose intolerant version would be the right choice

I put it into the fridge so it was nice and cold. This had a pleasant flavor and texture, sometimes they can be chalky and this wasn’t. This is a great on-the-go snack to tide you over to your next meal. It’s nice to have in the fridge for an emergency pick-me-up!

We are familiar with Boost. My mom drank it, but never the rich chocolate. The taste of this one is delicious and I have ideas to use it in protein shakes, bake with it, etc. It does not have a chalky aftertaste, it's more of a very concentrated hot chocolate served cold. There are 240 calories, 37g carbs, 15g added sugar, and 27 vitamins and minerals. There are 10g of protein, which is pretty decent. My son loves to have one after his basketball training sessions. I have one for breakfast if I am unable to eat breakfast due to running late. The price is competitive and it is easy to find in your grocery store or health and beauty store. Highly recommend.

You can't really taste the peaches and it leaves a funny aftertaste on your tounge. The packaging is just the right size but the taste leaves something to be desired.

I have always drank chocolate and vanilla in the past but wanted to try something different (didn't know they had Strawberry flavored but went with Peaches and Cream instead). It's good, really good... i'm not saying you would want it all the time but I like it and would get it as a change of pace (I mean I don't want chocolate and vanilla all the time either). It helps me feel more energetic even though it's not an energy drink and it taste great!
