I have trouble eating and getting the protein and nutrients I need. Boost has 10g of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals to help me on my health journey. The packaging lists the ingredients clearly and what vitamins and minerals I'm getting. The most important thing about Boost in my opinion is the taste. It's far better than any other protein drinks I tried and the smooth chocolate taste is delightful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Boost Original Nutritional Drink in Chocolate as a meal replacement and it was surprisingly delicious! I was given 3 of the Boost drinks by Influenster and Nestle in exchange for my honest opinion. The Boost did not taste chalky and tasted just like a chocolate milkshake! I drank it both cold and warm and both were good, although I preferred cold. The Boost drink kept me full for most of the day so it was perfect for use as a meal replacement. The Boost contained a lot of protein so I felt good about drinking it. I am lactose intolerant and it did not bother my stomach at all. The packaging was light and easy to grab and take on the go. I would definitely recommend and will purchase again!

I’ll preface my review by thanking Influenster for sending 3 bottles because a proper review would’ve been difficult with just one. *I refrigerated all 3 for this review* The bottles are 8 ounces each, packing 27 vitamins (C & D = immune health; folate = energy/cellular maintenance, to name a few) and minerals along with 10 grams of protein. One bottle is a single serving at 240 calories and it has a thick, indulgent chocolate flavor. I loved the Rich Chocolate flavor and found it rich, creamy and smooth. It was not chalky in texture or taste and it was good on its own chilled, as well as over ice. When it sat for more than about 20 minutes it did take on a slightly chalky taste, as though chewing a vitamin, so I highly encourage drinking within 15 minutes if not serving over ice. While I didn’t personally notice a “Boost” in my energy levels, I also did not experience bloating from the ingredients - especially the sugars - and that’s huge for me as I have a highly inflammatory autoimmune condition. Additionally, I know doctors will recommend Boost to patients who need the added nutritional supplement. Knowing this, I believe that maybe an increase in energy would realistically be more noticeable with 2-4 weeks of use.

I love the taste. I have the Creamy Strawberry right now and it is delicious. I would recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I honestly veer away from nutritional drinks as these for several reasons: I don't need the weight gain and traumatic past of stench of them. I had this sitting in the shelf and my very nosy 8 year old kid got into it. He thought it was chocolate milk. Yes he got a sweet tooth like me. He drank it all up. Now I wish I had a chance to try it. Coming from a picky kid who enjoyed the taste, that says a lot.
