[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Nestle Boost Nutritional Drink from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. Wow was I surprised that I actually liked it. I always had thought of Boost as a nutritional supplement for the elderly. The vanilla flavor was great & the texture was very similar to milk. The nutritional values aren't to bad either. Calories in 237 ml bottle is 240. 6 Gm of fat with 150mg of sodium. 10 gm protein with 37 gm of carbs. The only value I didn't approve of was the sugars which were 15 gm - way to high for my diet but that's just me. I would recommend Boost to anyone who just doesn't have time for lunch or as an after workout refuel.

It is kind of gritty and it is SO chocolaty that it actually makes it overpowering. I was only able to drink one, and the others are just sitting on my fridge.

It's very smooth, has no strange aftertaste, and is just an enjoyable way to get some extra protein and extra nutrients in your day. I received this for free to review but I would purchase it on my own and I recommend it.

Besides the great taste and the vitamins and minerals, this product reduces its calorie count with Stevia. My digestive system doesn't like Sucralose and some other artificial sweeteners and they really aren't healthy for you anyway. In fact Xylitol gives me AFib. I started taking Boost when I was undergoing cancer treatment, and now I continue to use it as my breakfast every day for its nutritional benefits. I love the both Chocolate and Vanilla.

I have trouble eating and getting the protein and nutrients I need. Boost has 10g of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals to help me on my health journey. The packaging lists the ingredients clearly and what vitamins and minerals I'm getting. The most important thing about Boost in my opinion is the taste. It's far better than any other protein drinks I tried and the smooth chocolate taste is delightful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drink was just ok. I tasted too much of a chalky flavor and texture. This drink was overly sweet for me but others may like the sweetness. I usually limit my sweetner and sometimes do not use any sweetner. I think there are better tasting drinks with less of a chalky taste. I wouldn't buy this drink for me or maybe the chocolate wouldn't be so sweet or chalky but I don't think i will buy this and risk me not liking that one either.

When I was given the opportunity to try Boost Complete Nutritional Drink, I was very eager to do so. The rich chocolate flavor was delicious and it was a quick way for me to guarantee myself some nutrition until my next meal.
