The only thing is that it is a little too thick and sweet, so what I like to do is add (almond/soy/whatever you can tolerate) milk into it, which also makes it last longer.

It tastes like chocolate milk with a slight taste of vitamins. The consistency is like milk. This drink. Contains 10 grams of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. This would be great if you need an energy lift without the questionable stuff in other energy drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Boost formula is definitely the best tasting nutritional drink ever, it doesn't taste like anything that contains vitamins that usually has that aftertaste, I also love it because it's the only nutritional drink that doesn't make me uncomfortably full, it gives me lots of energy minus the crash, I get an overall sense of well being, Boost never bothers my stomach I think is the tastiest and easiest way to get vitamins in my system, definitely money well spent, I tried all the flavors so far, and I love the all, instead of having another cup of coffee, I grab the tastier, healthier choice and I am not feeling tired like I used to anymore, I even sleep way better now, thanks for the Boost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try the Boost Peaches and Cream flavor through TryIt Sampling. It is a decent, easy to drink nutritional supplement. If you enjoy peaches or peach flavored items, this is a decent flavored peach drink. There is a bit of an aftertaste, but it is pleasant. There are natural flavors included in this drink, which I think leads to a more natural peach flavoring. The Boost drink isn't too thick and is a creamy drink. The bottle and the safety seal are easy to open. The only complaint I have, as I watch carbs, is this one bottle, which is only 8 ounces, has 40 carbs. This is kind of high to me. This drink has 10g of protein, 27 other vitamins and minerals, and calcium and vitamin D. This is listed as a nutritional drink with fats and protein to help you feel fuller and provide some good basics for your day. I don't know that I would use this as a supplement or nutritional drink. If in a pinch, sure would be a decent flavored drink to grab and go. But, getting nutrition in real foods and not a drink or pill is the best option.

I had never tried a nutritional drink before and was pleased to find that the taste was a nice chocolate. It was not thick, but had a flavor that reminded me of hot cocoa. I really like that this product has 10 grams of protein and 26 vitamins and minerals. Because of this, I can use this as a nutritional supplement, or I can use it as a meal replacement. I love that the bottle is the perfect size for taking it with me on the go. I can take a bottle with me to the gym for a quick boost after working out, or take it with me to work. Just chill overnight and then shake before drinking. So easy!

It seems to be a nutrient rich drink, easy to add to your diet if you do not eat right. I am not to happy about the high sugar amount, which is 20 grams per 8 oz bottle, since I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible. Otherwise Boost is a really taste drink.

I realize that everyone's individual tastes differ and what taste good to one person, may not to the next. For me the Peaches & Cream flavor is not my favorite. I lean more towards the chocolate. With that being said, this was rich and full of flavor.

This was delicious! Very creamy, no after taste like some others have, filling and something I will definitely add to my grocery list.
