I am a very picky eater, which includes flavor and textures. Other brands turned me off due to bad chalky taste or gritty textures. Boost has a lot of needed vitamins and really is a boost on days I feel poorly. The milk chocolate is my favorite and if it cost a bit less, I'd buy it more regular. Also, some benefits like health cards and SNAP can cover the cost. Hope this helps.

We dont appreciate this as a liquid drink. We freeze it in the bottle then use a small spoon to eat it like a dessert.

it needs served very good and shaken well. if you do that, it tastes a bit like a chocolate shake.

Could be a few dollars chespers , considering Amazon sells it for a few dollars cheaper or so at times very often or the same price
