As I busy vegetarian I'm not always able to consume enough protein during the day. I grab a boost in the morning and not only does it balance my nutritional intake but keeps me fuller longer. However it's not available in Europe!!!!! Bummer!

best drink ever for diabetic. Because it's in a small container full of the right stuff for a diabetic if he /her insulin gets low or very low. It brings blood sugar up fast and steady helps manage low diabetic insulin reactions

i seem to have lost my appetite, so I decided to drink one boost a day for the vitamins. it is very good and it makes my stomach , but o did get a batch that was awfull tasting, it left a bad taste in my mouth all day.
