Since I have bought my Michelin Defender LTX M/S a month ago I have enjoyed a few benefits that other wise would have alluded me. first the ride is second to none. you don't realize this until you have new tires, gas mileage has increased and sure footed feel is the best! Thank you Michelin!

Just bought these Defenders . My 2011 Ford f150 never rode so smooth ! Excellent in the rain and man talk about an improved ride. It's literally like a different truck. They are without a doubt the best tires I ever owned ! The best money I ever spent ! I never do reviews but went out of my way to do complete this one. You truly only get what you pay for. I am 67 years young and these are the BEST !!!!

I have had several sets of these tires over 15 yrs of towing my boat following the Salmon runs of 2 Greatlakes. As the years gone by the boats have gotten bigger requiring heavier pickups to pull them. My current boat is 14,000 LBS and pull it with a single wheel GMC 3500 HD Diesel. I fish alot and towed alot, these tires are rock solid for the serious towing vehicle that tows more than a few miles to the ramp. They're not All-Terrain tires, All Terrains couldn't hold up to the heat and abuse these things are subjected to in my application. If you're looking for a long lasting heavy duty no worries tire for your investment this is it. If not get a set of nobby All -Terrains for the sound.

I have bought four sets of OEM LTX M/S Michelin Tires for my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. On the fifth set I purchased the LTX M/S Defender Series and LOVE them. Makes for a very very smooth ride. If you stuck a penny in the tread to check depth - the Defender would eat it! I was debating about straying from the OEM LTX M/S as I have been extremely pleased. When I read the reviews about the Defender I was impressed and now I know why! Even better performance than the previous great tires with traction, ride and braking. Also, OEM is 60K mileage and the Defender is 70K and only $2 more each - Great job Michelin!

I replaced to Defender LTX M/S from original Premier LTX which was recommended as 'same' by tire specialist for my Pacifica Limited AWD. Wrong! It is noisy and bouncy at all speed. Also lost 0.3 mpg. No big deal on mpg loss. This tire may be better fit for pickups and off roads.

Bought a set of these tires in October 2016. I now have over 5000 miles on these tires and I can not say enough good things about them. These tires give a great sense of stability on wet or dry roads. The tires are very quiet on all of the road surfaces that I have encountered here in Texas. These tires were a great buy for my Jeep Grand Cherokee!

We have always bought Michelin tires and have always had excellent service with the exception of this last set. Put a new set on 2008 Honda Ridgeline mileage 69,000 and now we took them to be balanced and they tell us htey are f"feathering" coming apart. And that we need a new set of tires, mileage is not 132,000. We are looking to another dealer. but would still recomment Michelin.

Just replaced Yokohama tires with 64,000 on tires, dealers mentioned that they no longer carry them so he suggested the Michelins Defender LTX MS for my suburban. Now let's see how they perform on the highway, pulling cars to shows in this desert climate. Looks nice brings back that OEM look to the unit. Now had a fair experience with prior warranty on tread life, let's see how this round goes..

I purchased tires in Novmber 2021. Immediately took a trip. The truck now rides very rough with lots of vibration. Went back to place of purchase. They rebalanced. Did not help issue. Went back second time. They rebalanced again. Because I was so unhappy with tires, they replaced two of them. I still have the rough ride and vibration. I personnel think the back are bad tires. Would not purchase this tire again.

I bought this set of Defender LTX M/S tires last week for my 2021 RAM 1500 Limited. As soon as I started driving the truck with the new tires I couldn't help but notice how much smoother and quieter my ride was. Now this truck already rides like a fine luxury car but the difference these tires make is very noticeable to me. In addition to the comfort improvement you won't find a better tire for wet traction any where. I have owned 5 sets of these tires between my wife's 4Runners and my trucks and truly believe these are the safest and best tires you can buy especially for highway use. They last a long time too. They are not the cheapest but are the best and in the long run the best value for keeping you safe and getting long service from the tires.
