I've been using Caress bar soap for years in the shower; and have recently wondered if they had a hand soap. This is the closest I found, so I purchased some and have been using it as such and I love the scent.

I got this on sale and it was the best deal EVER! This soap is so amazing fragrance wise, and the way it leaves your skin feeling! My new favorite body wash!

I used to use Caress Bar Soap but this liquid, far exceeds my expectations! One bottle lasts for months due to the small amount needed to produce a sudsy, fragrant body wash.

I have been a consumer of Daily Silk for as long as I can remember. I purchased a new bottle today and noticed the lather was different. I looked at my old bottles I threw away and there is an added ingredient Silk Essence & the label is different. Yet the listed ingredients on the back are identical. This new bottle seems watered down. The formula & lather I bought this product for are gone. There is not even a sticker or label telling of the formula change. I'm very disappointed. I will not buy this new kind again. I'm sorry Caress, you've lost a valued customer unless this is fixed.

Love…love…love…this product!!! Wish they sold it here in Ontario Canada!!! The scent is amazing & the bar lathers till the very end….Had to get friends visiting from Texas to bring me some over hope you start selling it here in Canada SOON!! Would love a body lotion & body spray to match would be awesome!!!

Through the years, my mother ALWAYS used Caresse Daily Silk soap and shower gel--since it first came out. She would accept NO store imitations! I always remember my mom smelling so fresh and sweet--and the bar of soap in the powder room scented the air as well. Now, in my sixties, and my dear mom gone three years, I continue the tradition because I too love the fragrance, and more importantly, I love the way it leaves my skin, soft, clean and fresh! Please don't ever change the scent! My grown daughters love it as well!!! Thank you for a beautiful product that has been consistently perfect through the years!

Why did you change what was THE BEST smelling soap/bodywash? It was AWESOME as it was!!! Not everything needs to be updated and improved. Especially if you already have THE BEST. At the very least, give us the old formula back, as well!! Some of us have been loyal customers for years, but could go elsewhere if you can't bring back the original that we love.

I remember when I was little and my mom would come in to wash me.. With her caress bar soap and her wash cloth, she would play this little piggy with me.. The daily silk scent always reminds me of my mom and I will never stop using it!! My only wish; because I do love the scent so very much, will there ever be a lotion to go with it???? Please please please make lotions!!

Reading the reviews, I see other people feel the way I do. What did you do to the Caress? I had to use almost half of the bottle to get enough suds for my shower. Now all it is is watered down soap (and I don't know where the soap is). I have dry skin and Caress use to make my skin feel silky. You lost a customer unless you bring back the original Caress.

The bottle changed. But the formula seems to be absolutely off. They either changed an ingredient or took something out. The scent doesn't linger as long. The product leaves a residue on skin, leaving a unclean feeling. Maybe it has to do with the soap not sudsing like it use to. I really wish the company had left well enough alone. I've been using caress for decades. And for the first time in my life I am contemplating on switching soaps. Sad. Disappointed.
