They were a gift to a family member and they said they were great. Can you please tell me why I cannot get M&Ms shipped to my residence anymore.

I really liked the pillow first few months, then all of a sudden I noticed I was basically laying flat on my bed and my neck started to give me problems. No good after a couple of months.
