I purchased one n the store and ordered one. They were supposed to be the same color; however, the one I purchased in the store looks faded against the one ordered online.

This umbrella does not come with a base as shown and no where in description does it say it is sold separately. We have been unable to obtain a base so we have been unable to use it

Got the umbrella yesterday, set it up, and it has a hole in the fabric. Looks like about the size of a pencil eraser. Very disappointed and I think the fabric looks very cheap. Like the red color but this is not a quality item. Sending it back.

Slightly different, but appears to be as good of quality as the one I purchased at Sam's Club two years ago and still in great condition. Replaced one of a different brand that was of a lesser quality and deteriorated after 3 Arizona summers.

You can't go wrong with this umbrella for the price! I have never had an issue with them & the color has not faded. We have two of the taupe color. I do not leave them up we always put them away after they are used.

Set the umbrella up in the center of our patio table using the concrete base we purchased to go with it. A couple of hours later we sat at the table and realized the pole was completely bent! No strong winds, anchored in the base...how???

There are no written instructions on how to tilt umbrella. It says it is auto tilt but have no idea how to do that. If anyone that purchased this umbrella knows how to “auto-tilt” can you please share here in reviews? Thank you

I splurged and bought this 10' instead of the 9' that I have been buying from Sam's. The material is not as thick and when it rains, a fine mist comes through the fabric. The smoker in my family has no place to go.

I have four of these for the patio at my restaurant. These are in daily use April thru Sept. the fabric holds its color and they are very sturdy. It is important to use the right base with these large umbrellas to avoid tipping over.

It seems of good quality, but it was a little hard to understand that the base did not come with this umbrella. There should be more clear notations of the base not being included
