LOVE!!! So very pleased with the Aiva Dual Sonic Precision Facial Hair Remover 7 Eyebrow Trimmer. I have purchased other brand and was not pleased, they were weak or broke very quickly. This one has strength, well made, fast to use and yes has precision. The led light is great to have, and as I already said it dose the job very quickly and also safely. Skin was not bothered in anyway, smooth, no cuts or scratches, no irritation, just a well done finish. Highly reccomend this product!!!

I think it works just fine but she's irritate the skin off you have sensitive skin so go easy and don't keep going over and over LOL. needed mostly for my chin cause 50 hit me with three chin hairs that i just kept shaving but doing that i would get pimples. So hoping this eliminates that is not going to a professional for laser treatment to remove these hairs.

I didn’t feel like it could clean my pores as well as less expensive methods or products but it seemed nice enough. Returned.

Have tried Lela twice since purchase. It did clean the pores of blackheads on my nose. However, it would not remove my whiteheads scattered across entire face.

Did this work for anyone who did not receive the product for free exchange for a review? ? I relied on reviews from my purchase and may have gotten fooled. This removes some oil sometimes but does lift blackheads or clean the pores.

I bought this product due to a friend recommendation. I was excited to use it and got to about 5-6,times before it needed to be recharged, which is thought was a good amount of battery life. However, once I put it on the charger and left it to charge overnight, the thing will not turn on now. The indicator light flashes when plugged in, but I csn not get it to turn on plugged in or not. So owni have a product that is useless to me. Had this not happened, I would have given a 5 star review, however thats impossible without having the use of it now. I'm hoping that the manufacturer will repair or replace it, but that is something I need to get information on where to send it. Any help is appreciated. I will give an updated review once this issue is resolved.

Cheap and broken. I wish I could give it a "0 stars". I received it yesterday and charged it. It wouldn't power on for longer than a few seconds. Thank goodness for Sam's customer service.
