We went with the copper inside and outs and they are doing great thus far. Everything from eggs to potatoes to fish cooks evenly, thoroughly, and does not burn. Hand cleanup is a snap. I don't use metal utensils, just in case. Great price for this level of quality!

Ordered these in red less than four months ago. They cook well and clean great, but they scratch and discolor so easily. These are my first ceramic type nonstick pans, and we have been extra careful with them -no metal utensils or hard cleaning pads. (They wipe clean every time with a cloth or sponge so no need for even plastic scouring pads.) Only the most used (middle size) is scratched, but both of the pans that have been used for darker sauces show discoloring. I don't really mind the staining, but the scratches will probably mean that the pan will need replacing after about 2 years of use. I will try another type on non-stick at that time.

Seems to be a quality product. Better than the last ceramic pan I had. But not as good as regular non stick. The white interior color shows all kinds of discoloration and the lease scratch turns brown or black. My next pan will be back to regular black inside. Tramontina use to have good common sense products but now you have be be careful to buy that what makes sense.

We love these pans. So easy to clean. U can wipe with a paper towel and they look clean. But we still wash them. Have had them for a year and still look brand new. But u can't spray cooking spray on them. It will ruin the coating. Would definitely buy again or for a gift!

I have used these pans for years and loved them for the price. This new model, when you are cooking, the heat transfers thru the handles, and I have burned myself a couple of times. Now, I have to use potholder when I handle them on the stove. Not convenient at all, the older ones didn't transfer the heat like these. Sucks, I will have to find another brand now. 👎🏼

This pants are great, even though I did not know I had to prep them before use, they still look like new after many use. I do wash them by hand and sometimes you can just wipe them clean with paper towel. Very easy to clean non stick pants. The eggs and the cheese I fry with this pants taste so much better. I am going to buy one set for my mother since she wanted non stick pants and was looking to spend 80 Euros in Europe just for one pant. Wish they had pots too.

I bought these pans and have used them a few times. They have a weird smell to them, scratch easy, and the white nonstick discolored after cooking a piece of chicken. It turned brown and does not come clean. I have used and washed the pan a few times since and it is discolored still. Not a fan!

The weight, size, build of these pans seems very reasonable for their price point. They are even oven safe up to 400 degrees which was a nice bonus. The inside of the package mentions that the handles may get hot in some situations like in the oven or cooking over high heat or open flame. I have an old electric coil top stove and decided to try something simple for the first use. While cooking eggs on medium low (3.5 out of 9) the handles got so hot to the touch that I needed to get oven mitts. This was through the silicone handles (which are a stiff silicone, not soft and cushiony). I've used stainless steel pans with steel handles that transfer less heat to the handle than these did. They seem like fine pans if you don't mind cooking your eggs using an oven mitt, but I'll try something else.

I bought this set about 6 months ago mostly for cooking eggs since we use stainless for other meals. We do not heavily use these and already the eggs stick constantly without using any kind of metal utensils or other misuse. I still have some small TFAL fry pans from 6 years ago that work tons better that I was hoping this set could replace.

Well I have purchased pans in the past because I was a college student and on a tight budget. So 3 pans scratch resistant, heavy, and sturdy construction is a bargain purchase. Not your average cheap wear you get for the price. Every buck is worth your purchase.
