Not usually a reviewer but these cook even. Take longer to heat up than my old pans but that's good. Have had different types for forty years but I went and bought the rest of the set now. Make sure you get the white "Ceramica". Not sure how the other coating work but I have not used Pam or oil to coat the bottom. Truly non stick.

These are the best set of pans I’ve purchased. I purchased a previous Tratmonia set 4 years ago and the quality and design is even better than before. I ordered them on Black Friday getting them at a bargain price. Made in the USA too, you can’t go wrong!!

I read the reviews before purchasing. People had mixed reviews but i needed some new pans and purchased any way. I must day the design is simple and clean, lightweight and gets the job done. Follow the instructions so that you don't damage the coating and they should last a good while. All in all a good product.

I like the size, comfort/heat resistant handle, and ability to place skillets in oven up to 350⁰F. I'm not super thrilled with the finish! The non-stick surface appeared lughtly scratched after first use. I use tools specifically designed to not scratch non-stick surfaces. Also the exterior finish seems to have some minor scratches out of the packaging. I bought the other matching sets on samsclub.com. I have the stacking sauce pans, stock pots, and the large steamer/skillet which allows me to use the lids from those sets on these skillets if I need to. Overall, I like the sizes and just hope that the finish holds up.

I bought a set of these for myself, and my aunt. My sister also bought a set. We all love them! My aunt's friends would not believe her when she said that the whole set was only $27 - they thought each pan surely cost $27, because they were so beautiful! I really like it that these are made in the USA - that is very important to me. I trust that they are non-toxic because of that. We bought the red, but all of the colors are gorgeous! (I bought my Mom the gold, and I bought another larger deep fry pan in blue.) I find it very pleasing that the interior color is white. They look so pure and pristine.

I am a new Tramontina best customer! I purchased the large square griddle/pan at the local store since my old one was sticking. UNBELIEVABLE!! Nothing sticks! When you finish cooking just add a small amount of water to the pan and everything boils off. I had to have the set, and I never use any of my old pans anymore. Clean up is amazing, and they cook completely evenly. I highly recommend!

I have a professional gas range. I got the black color because the gas flame will discolor the outside of the pan--the black hides the discolor stains. don't use on high heat as it will ruin the pan in an instant--the non stick feature will be gone. its a nice set of pans for low-med heat. don't sear steak at high heat.

Followed the directions on how to pretreat the pans prior to first use. My husband said they were slippery because he had to chase his eggs around the pan. Sounds like a win for the nonstick aspect. I found that the handled got a bit warm while cooking something that took a long time.

After a couple weeks use, I’m fairly pleased with these pans. However they discolor from white to a darkened light brown. Still have a good nonstick featureAnd nice even heating. Much better than the copper pans I bought that stick like crazy after a few months.

First of all I have a set of these frying pans and they are great, so I ordered another set online. The second set had a musty smell. I washed them and let them air out for 3 days and they still had an odor. I returned them to Sam's Club today. So my review for this particular set is low because of the smell but since I already have a set of these I would give them 5 stars. That's why I ordered a second set. I should have bought them at Sam's instead of online. Disappointed cause my purchase didn't work out and they were on sale for under $20.
