I read the reviews before purchasing. People had mixed reviews but i needed some new pans and purchased any way. I must day the design is simple and clean, lightweight and gets the job done. Follow the instructions so that you don't damage the coating and they should last a good while. All in all a good product.

Brought these before but with white finish that stained and became discolored. However, they are truly stick proof and clean up is a breeze. So, with this in mind, I’m trying them again with dark coating. Other than that- they are great everyday cookware. trying

I am SUPER impressed with these pans. Food doesn't stick and they don't need much more than a good rinse to clean. Most importantly I would tell you to make sure that you read the instructions before the first use. We didn't see the instructions, because they are printed on the INSIDE of the packaging. The instructions say that these pans can ONLY be used on low to medium heat. Before I read the (hard to find) instructions, we used it on medium high heat and slightly discolored the pan. I don't think I would have purchased the pan if I knew that it was designed for low and medium heat only.

I am a new Tramontina best customer! I purchased the large square griddle/pan at the local store since my old one was sticking. UNBELIEVABLE!! Nothing sticks! When you finish cooking just add a small amount of water to the pan and everything boils off. I had to have the set, and I never use any of my old pans anymore. Clean up is amazing, and they cook completely evenly. I highly recommend!

Haven't had a chance to use all the pans but so far am very pleased. I have followed the directions and "seasoned" the pans before using. I also am careful not to use them on "High" temperature. So far they are doing great...but am curious to see how they hold up over time. Great value for three good looking Nonstick Fry Pans!

I've had these for a few weeks, and have cooked enough with them that I feel comfortable giving a review. As far as the ceramic, non-stick surface goes, these pans are very nice, and I have had no problems with them sticking. The handle has a rubber cover; however, it isn't quite substantial enough, and I have noticed that the handle can get warm during cooking. Not enough that I've been burned, or felt unsafe, but you also can't miss it, either. Because of the very reasonable price and quality of the cooking surface of the pan, I am giving it four stars, the heating of the handle is the only issue holding me back from giving it five stars.

I mostly use stainless steel cookware and I would never be without them. Occasionally there is a delicate task that needs guaranteed nonstick like omelettes, starchy foods and scallops. That's when these pans really shine. They are really well made for the cost. Just stay aware of the warning not to overheat them. Aluminum will not withstand really high temperatures. You need stainless steel or cast iron for those jobs. I highly recommend these skillets.

I have had Teflon before these pans. After a little research Ceramic is the way to go. They are amazing to cook with and clean very easily. Ceramic is slightly a different type of pan so make sure your read the instructions before using. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do.

Cooks good, but disappointed after 6 times using the 8" pan the white has changed color to a light brown discoloration. I expected this to happen after a year of use but not this quick. Wish there was a way to bring it back to the way it was. Other then that they are good.

We've been using these for several weeks and so far we love them! Amazingly non-stick and so easy to clean; no complaints so far! Other reviewers had mentioned they can sometimes scratch the finish on each other when stacked together, so I always put a silicone heating pad between the layers when stacking them together in the cupboard.
