I bought this based on the reviews that it helped with back issues. Unfortunately it didnt help me. Its way too firm. Almost felt like I was sleeping on the floor on top of a few blankets. Didnt notice any 'cooling' effect. Its great that Sams will let you return it but I'm a female and just not strong enough to haul it to the store. Waiting for a topper I purchased and hope it helps me.

Mattress is very firm and like sleeping on a wood floor. I like firm mattresses but this one is horrible. Sam's either needs the box and tags to return for refund.. who keeps the dirty box after opening it? Last time I buy a mattress in a box and definitely the last time I make a large purchase at Sam's.

I really wanted to like this mattress but I do not. I did not want to go through hassle of returning a inflated mattress (came rolled in box) and so I wanted to like it but it is been disappointing. It sinks in and worse on the edges as your knees or feet will slide off as it sinks into the mattress. I like cushion for comfort but not the point where it sinks in and becomes uncomfortable. If possible, check it out if you can find it unboxed in stores. I don't like it. Trouble is to return it since I don't have a truck to haul this away with.

I have owned this mattress for a year now and just came back to write a review. Overall, I think it was a great buy for the price. It's perfect for a comfortable spare room mattress. It's a bit firm to my liking, and is starting to just show signs of wear after a year of use, but it is still very comfortable and all of our guests continue to compliment it.

Shipping arrived ahead of scheduled date. We have yet to install but will ring back in once we have laid down. Until then happy

Cooling didn't work. I had to buy a cooling pillow it gets so hot at night. Side & back sleeping painful. Had to buy a mattress topper.

BIG MISTAKE!!!!! The waterproof liner makes it unbearably hot and uncomfortable. I am taking it back.

This mattress sleeps extremely hot. I have woke up in sweats since I bought it. The cooling effect is non existent. This bed sinks in from the edge.

Great Prices, We have not moved into the new house yet so I don't know how the mattress feels but the reviews say it's medium firm... Will update
