everything well explained although the voice could be changed to something less robotic

wasn't sure i would be able to do job properly but was extremely easy.

This was easy to install. The bracket is very sturdy and durable.

The mount does not fasten in terms of the amount of tilt on the tv's angle toward the viewer

Very nice product. Distance from the ceiling is always a guess, but the tilt certainly helps.
