I wasn’t too happy with this item. It must be defective because almost all of the reviews are positive. My tv kept tilting down and wouldn’t remain leveled.

mostly a solid product but the tv keeps tilting down because the tilt knobs were poorly engineered. you really have to crank them down to get it to stay and they feel like they're gonna break.

I purchased this wall mount because I thought it would be more flexible than it actually is. The TV can be extended from the wall and a little to the left and right but not up or down. Would have preferred greater flexiblity.

Using this for an 86" TV weighing 120lbs. The stand arms bend and sag. The TV will not stay vertical. It leans forward from the top. No way to adjust it. There is no way this is rated for 150lbs. Will need to find something stronger.

This was a great tool. Helped me tremendously! The visual along with the audio made everything easier. The only part that could have been explained better was the height of the mount. I knew exactly where I wanted the T.V., but wasn't sure if the position of the mount would give me the results for the t.v.

Very solid mount, they have good instructions. I drilled a slightly smaller hole for the wall mount to stud option. My only complaint is that the TV tends to want to fall forward when trying to pull it out and there really is not a great way to tighten this feature so it does not tilt forward. This definitely needs fixed.
