Great device!

1. This REQUIRES an iPhone to use, which was not made clear BEFORE purchasing it. 2. The only way to charge it is via a magnetic charger, which is inconvenient. It needs a regular charging port on it for charging on the go. I am not going to be bringing the proprietary magnetic charger everywhere with me in the event I need to charge it. RETURNED it.

I guess I got spoiled with Fitbit and other brands where I could charge it and wear it for a week or more. But they didn't do as much as an eye watch does. So I have to assume that is why the life on this battery seems to only be about a day and a half. Which is a little frustrating but if that's the worst thing I can say about it it's still a great watch.

I had this same model for a few years and it was great. I swam with it in the ocean and pools with no problem. But recently I swam with it (and I had put it in swim mode) but after squishing out the water it stopped working. So bought a new one which seems to have some improvements. I was able to use my same watch bands.

I have other Apple products, phone, iPad, so thought I'd add an Apple Watch. Certainly a learning experience! After having a basic FitBit watch for several years. But after playing with it this evening, I do believe I will really love it. Lots of interesting, useful features. Still syncing it with the iPhone. My only complaint and this could have been an oversight on my part. Not with the phone but I did not realize I needed, to buy separate an USB-C charging plug! Yes it comes with the USB-C magnetic charging cable! But no plug. As I said, yes I have all other Apple products which did come with the USB charging cables and plugs. So I assumed the watch would come with all needed accessories. But, as I said, maybe somewhere in the description, it said, “purchase plug separately”. I didn't see, so didn't buy with watch! When I received on Friday, that's when I found out, I couldn't charge the phone up. But WalMart to the rescue. Ordered the USB-C plug and received next day. So, yes, after this long winded explanation, Buy this Phone (and the plug) and if you are a first time Apple watch buyer, you WILL be happy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally upgraded from my Fitbit Versa 2 that I've had since 2020 and I'm glad I switched over to Apple. If you're stuck on the fence between a Fitbit or an Apple Watch I highly recommend choosing the Apple smartwatch. It has far more features and you can do more with it, like actually speaking over it when answering a phone call, texting replies back, send voice messages and the sleep pattern tracking as well which all come included unlike with Fitbit. It's worth the price all things considered. Highly recommend. I suggest getting a bumper case with a glass screen for it as they are fragile and you don't want to accrue scratches to the screen or dents in the metal casing.

It came very well packaged and it came extremely fast three days over the weekend now we're just waiting on the right size wristband because it was just small. Tomorrow he will learn how to use it.

purchases watch because I purchased a refurbished one which absolutely sucked of course this one's amazing because it's brand new it's sad that Walmart says that are refurbished brands are just as good as the new bull crap they needless to say this one works amazing cuz it's new I had to spend money twice binary furbished one and then waiting for Black Friday which was I should have did in the first place
