I use this all the time in place of vegetable oil. Bonus--it has a higher smoke point than olive oil, so it is great for cooking! Nice, mild flavor. A winner!

I love this oil more than Olive oil. Olive oil is normally my 1st choice. This is slightly heavier pan sears really well. Great used as a marinade with spices.
