Use for anything on the grill. Higher cooking point. Does not change flavor of meat or fish on the grill.

This has become my "go to" oil for cooking and pan frying. The flavor is more subtle than olive oil or coconut oil yet it is a healthy oil.

Heart healthy. Cooks at high temp. No weird aftertastes like canola. Does not go rancid like olive oil.

Trying it see if it’s worth the few bucks more than EVO. Guess not, although it’s not a bad product. It’s certainly lighter in flavor than olive oil.

The avocado oil taste great it’s good for you. It’s one of the best oils you could use and Sam’s Club has the best prices best value.

i am so glad i found this oil this last year. i like the light taste and the fact it does have a high heat tolerance. it is a little pricey though.

Oil absorbs plastic particles so I only buy my oil in glass containers. Luckily Sams carries this oil in glass!!

Have been using this oil for the last 3 years! Love the light texture. Also use it for baking. Wouldn’t change it for any other brand.

This is a light and versatile oil that I use for salads and sautéed dishes. Very little flavor so it doesn’t interfere with other ingredients.
