This is an excellent product. I have found it to be as fine as a good quality olive oil but at a very reasonable price.

This avocado oil is great for cooking for skin care for hair...don’t tell anybody because it’s a fantastic price and a great product!

i am so glad i found this oil this last year. i like the light taste and the fact it does have a high heat tolerance. it is a little pricey though.

I use to fry fish filets and saute vegetables. Nice flavor. Gives a nice golden crust. I think it has a milder flavor than olive oil

I use this all the time when browning meat in the instant pot. It doesn’t seem to overheat so very little popping or smoking. I really like it.

Trying to make healthier choices, so I purchased this. It’s been great. No after taste when sauteeing veggies or pan searing meats.

Unfortunately I scanned this product with my Yuka app and it rates only 45 out of 100 for healthy. I was surprised. I won't be buying again.
