Great price and works great. I was concerned about the generic but it is identical to the brand name as to the formulation and you get more fluid ounces per bottle. I can get 6 of these for the price of one brand name and when you have to use this twice a day that works out to a huge savings. I don't see a difference at all between having used the brand name and now this generic so I am really pleased with the results.

I am a retired experienced RN and Paramedic, as well as a PA Intern. Masters Degree Student. I do have a Rx for Fluticasone nasal spray, but recently experienced a hold-up with the refilling of said Rx. So I purchased the same from SAMs Club recently, and actually got the same pricing, or better than I would have got by paying my insurance co-pay, and... I was able to stock up on 6 of the individual spray bottles versus only 1 like usually prescribed to me monthly. It is the SAME medication, it is generic, just like everything dispensed by the pharmacies. I am pleased, and I have enough now that if a friend or family needs some, then I'll give them some of my "extra". This is a good buy, and if you use this nasal spray medication, and are a Club Member, then I firmly recommend that you make this purchase.

This is a vital component of my daily regimen during allergy season. I use most of the 6 bottles in a season. Use once a day, takes several to build up nasal resistance to pollen. The price is lowest at Sam's. This is what one doctor told me was "'Teflon for the nose"!

Same as Flonase you can’t beat the price

Decided to buy in stead of Flonase and glad I did. Works just as good and price is very low compared to Flonase. Just look how many you get for the price. Will buy again.

I bought a package of these for my husband to use this past spring in lieu of the name brand ones. He works outside all day and asked me to purchase them again, so they definitely work as well as the others.

My nose gets blocked often. I use this nose spray first thing in the morning and last thing at night. It helps me get a good nights sleep, as well as breathing well all day long.

This does not work as well as the brand or other generic formulations. The spray stream seems very weak.

Horrible overwhelming floral smell! I could not even use the product because the smell from just opening the package partway set my allergies off. What the heck was the manufacturer thinking?
