Cake was a good size for a crowd annd priced well. Unfortunately, the cake was dry, had cracks in the frosting on top, and the writing was a bit sloppy. Overall not impressed.

The Whipped Icing, to me, is much better that the Butter Cream. I really like the chocolate cake but would like it better if it had more chocolate, like a true Devils Food cake. IMO, the best bought sheet cake.

Moist and tasteful. Please allow more options to customize the cake. More icing color choices and the option not to add sprinkles or balloons, etc. Really would like to continue to order my cakes from Sam’s.

This was a nice amount of cake for the price! It turned out beautifully and my daughter was so happy when the person in the bakery brought it out to us.

These cakes are great I ordered 2 every month for community birthday parties in my apartment complex. They're decorative and bright colored and the cake is Fantastically moist.

Taste was amazing. Design added to cake was perfect. Order details on the website should reflect design added. When reviewing my order prior to pick-up; I had a panic attack thinking I ordered a BLANK cake.

Cake was decorated (nicely) just as we ordered. Pick up was easy. Cost was very, very reasonable. Taste-- a bit dry, but frosting was delish (buttercream). Overall, we were very pleased, and probably will order another cake when we need one!

Ordered a 1/2 sheet cake. Employee was knowledgeable and professional. Cake was ready at time they told me it would be ready. Very moist and delicious.

The topcoat of whipped icing did not fully cover all four sides of the cake. It was redecorated and took 45 mins. - additionally the name was misspelled.
