We were super happy with the cake we ordered!! Icing was great ..not too sweet and the cake was super yummy! I'll order again!

I did not order this color and there is no way to check. I ordered beige and black. I am adding my own decorations, so I wasn't looking for fancy just 2 colors. This looks like a bumble bee! 😂🙀😩

Went in to order a custom cake, but it's all online now. Technically, they don't do custom cakes. And the associate was no help. There is no option to do half white/half chocolate.

I rated thus cake a 3 because i dont like the fact that they dont allow you to customize your cake decoration the colors you want, they only have a set color scheme and i dont like that!

Tasted wonderful, but the top was printed, not written. Very disappointed, but the birthday party was the same day. We bought it anyway. Next time we will go to Ricks.

I ordered a cake for a birthday over the weekend and picked it up today. When we cut the cake, WOW CHOCOLATE. The birthday person is ALERGIC TO CHOCOLATE!! Now we have no birthday cake. Thanks, Sams!

Terrible...online ordering is horrible. A couple of ugly options. Used to order cakes for all birthdays. Done!! I will spend more money at another bakery

The cake was ready early and it looked great. The decorating, the borders, and lettering were done well. The taste, however, was not good. We picked it up 2 days early, so it was not very fresh.

Cant stand the fact yoy can only order online. Can't talk to someine in bakery to be specific about what you want. Dont want to have to pay first for a "custome cake" sight unseen specially when you have only but the most basic options for design. Cant add picture of choice anymore. Very disappointed in thw change. Prior would order all holidays cakes from sams now looking elsewhere.
